Promoting the development of cultural and creative industries, accelerating urban renewal and implementing a strategy to attract talent are three related tasks for our transition to a knowledge-based economy. The whole community has to explore and promote them together. It will no doubt take time to reach our targets, but we should start early and make steady progress.
